What are your opening hours?
We are open every day from 10:00 AM until 5:00 AM, including weekends. The late closing makes us one of the few places in South Pattaya serving proper Turkish food after midnight.
Is your food halal?
Yes. Palace Istanbul Kebab is a halal kitchen. Our meat is sourced from halal suppliers and we do not serve pork. If you want to know how a particular dish is prepared, ask us and we will talk you through it.
Where exactly are you, and is there parking?
We are at South Pattaya Road 27/25 Moo 10, Nongprue, Bang Lamung, a short distance from Walking Street. If you are driving and want to check parking on the day, call us on 093 610 1011 and we will point you to the nearest spot.
Do you deliver or offer takeaway?
Yes. We have delivered since 2020 and have been a Grab partner since 2021, so you can order to your hotel or condo through Grab. Takeaway direct from the restaurant is also available, just call 093 610 1011.
Do I need to book a table?
Walk-ins are welcome and most of the time you will not need a booking. For larger groups or if you are coming late, it is worth calling ahead on 093 610 1011 so we can have a table ready.
